Cecilia
Campbell-Westlind
Director
Cecilia has been a literary scout since 2012, working with some of the world’s biggest international publishing houses as well as with BAFTA- and Academy Award-winning film and television companies. Before that, she cut her teeth in New York City at a literary agency. A third culture kid, she is a dual citizen of Sweden and the US and is bilingual in Swedish and English, but she also reads Danish, Norwegian and French.
Alexandra Chaney
Scout/Manager of Operations
Alex joined in 2020 and scouts across genres in the UK and US; she also heads up the company’s podcast and longform article scouting. She has a degree in screenwriting from Aberystwyth University and worked as a runner and AD, later reading books for scouting agencies and assisting in development for a number of film companies.
Matilda Ayris
Scout
Matilda joined in 2023 and scouts across all genres and languages. She previously worked as a translation rights agent at C&W Agency, working closely with authors such as Dolly Alderton and Kevin Barry. She holds a degree in American Literature and Creative Writing from UEA and completed a practical film course at Malmö University. Matilda is bilingual in English and Swedish, and reads all the Scandinavian languages.
